When you purchase something from our store, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address, and email address to fulfill your order.
When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address to help us learn about your browser and operating system.
Email Marketing: With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products, and other updates. We use Klaviyo as our marketing automation platform. By subscribing, you acknowledge that the information you provide will be transferred to Klaviyo for processing in accordance with their Privacy Policy.
SECTION 2 - CONSENT
How do you get my consent? When you provide personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, or arrange for delivery, we imply that you consent to our collecting it for that specific reason only.
If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no.

SECTION 4 - SHOPIFY
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you. Your data is stored through Shopify’s secure data storage and databases behind a firewall.
SECTION 5 - THIRD-PARTY SERVICES & DATA SHARING
In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us. We share your Personal Information with specific third parties to help us operate our business. For example: We use Shopify to power our online store. We use Klaviyo to manage our email and SMS marketing communications.
The above excludes text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Once you leave our store’s website or are redirected to a third-party website or application, you are no longer governed by this Privacy Policy or our website’s Terms of Service.
SECTION 6 - SECURITY
To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices (including PCI-DSS requirements) to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.

Standard Shopify Cookies: Used for session management and cart persistence.
__kla_id (Klaviyo): This cookie helps us track items you put into your shopping cart, including when you have abandoned your cart. This information is used to determine when to send cart reminder messages via email or SMS.
SECTION 8 - SMS COMMUNICATIONS & MARKETING
The LaliSimone mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by LaliSimone. We use Klaviyo to provide this service via a toll-free number.
Purpose: When you opt into our SMS program, we collect your phone number and interaction history.
We send Transactional Messages (order updates), Promotional Messages (sales/announcements), and Shopping Cart Reminders (triggered by cookies when a cart is abandoned).
2. No Sharing of Personal Information: LaliSimone does not share, sell, or rent your SMS consent data or your mobile phone number with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

SECTION 9 - BEHAVIORAL ADVERTISING & YOUR RIGHTS
We use your Personal Information to provide targeted advertisements. You can opt out of targeted advertising via Google or the Digital Advertising Alliance’s portal.

SECTION 10 - DATA RETENTION
We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes we collected it for. For tax purposes, we are required to keep basic customer information for six years after they stop being customers.
