This vintage Pierre Cardin shirt from the late 70s to early 80s has been reimagined through the lens of IAMWHATIAM, LaliSimone's label for reworked and upcycled fashions. What was once a minimalist staple for men now wears its heart on its chest—twice and bends gender identity norms. Two 3D hearts appliques add play, intention, and a dose of unapologetic flair that draws out the irreverent spirit of the wearer. Each heart is hand sewn onto the shirt with care and conviction.

The cut is boxy and slightly oversized, meant to blur lines and expand expression while making it a more size-inclusive piece. The coattail-inspired hemline is an unexpected touch. As with all IAMWHATIAM pieces, this shirt is reworked from preloved materials, made with the intention to preserve, provoke, and redefine.
