A 1960s high-waisted quilted maxi skirt in turquoise and purple stripes, printed with metallic gold medallions and paisley. The front panel is attached to the skirt by eight gilded crest buttons in a double-breasted, sailor-style layout, with a swag of gold chain draped across the waist. The sides open at the last set of buttons into high slits, so it wears as a skirt or as a layering piece over trousers or a slip, and it flares into an A-line with a pieced center back panel and a blue lining.
