Kaffe Fassett Southwestern Motif Knit Coat Is a stunner. Kaffe Fassett is a CA-based artist specializing in knitwear. One of his primary canvases is the knitting needle and yarn. A knitwear designer informed us that Fassett only uses Japanese wool yarn called Noro.
"Noro yarns embrace the Japanese philosophy of accepting & enjoying the non-uniformity, unevenness, & natural beauty of nature. All animal fibers spun into Noro yarns come from certified organic farms around the world. The yarns are as eco-friendly as possible with many processes still done by hand or on traditional machinery. The gorgeous array of colors is inspired by the natural world that surrounds us."
Our sweater cardigan is oversized with dolman sleeve style. We love the southwestern motif of the print. Knit by hand. Unlined. Fassett intentionally leaves his work unlined for the wear to see and honor the craftsmanship.

Mint: Virtually no wear.
Excellent: Expected signs of wear, with consideration of the age, but hardly any signs of wear.
Very Good: Shows normal signs of wear expected for age with some minor visible problems but will not detract from wear.
Good: Garment has obvious condition, but overall intact. Could use mending and/or cleaning.
Fair: Most likely not wearable, but could serve as a fantastic inspiration piece.
