An Oscar de la Renta button-up blouse from 2008 in a deep oxblood red, with pleated ruffles running down either side of the front and short sleeves trimmed in more pleating. The color is richer in person than it photographs, closer to a dark wine than a true red. Enamel and gold-tone buttons close the front, polished enough for the office and dressed up enough for an evening out.
